Política de reembolso

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:

    • Please email returns@techcutcarbide to request a Return Authorization number. Be sure to write your RA number on the shipping package and include it in. (Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number).
    • TECHCUT will provide a prepaid return shipping label (with the option of additional insurance) and subtract the cost of shipping from the refund issued. If you prefer, you may also ship via your own method. (TECHCUT Carbide is not responsible for any items which are lost in transit on its way to our facilities).
    • All returns must be in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all original packing slips and documentation. 
    • Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
    • Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted.
    • Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
